Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Return & Exchange Restrictions

Custom made or personalised items and ear-rings due to health and hygiene reasons, are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they are faulty. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Payment

Oberon Jewellery’s main method of payment is bank transfer, giving a full receipt on acceptance of payment, however PayPal is also accepted – you can pay with your PayPal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you do not need to have an account with PayPal to purchase. If you are purchasing through the Oberon Jewellery Etsy shop, we accept all of the payment methods the platform offers.

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Oberon Jewellery. Oberon Jewellery must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Oberon Jewellery will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Oberon Jewellery acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
